DIY Cancellation Guildelines 

- Please be sure to notify us in advance of any changes in time, schedule or number of people.

- If you change your reservation 3 days before the scheduled date, you can keep it for the next time or get a refund. However, if you cancel or change the date 1 day before or on the same day of the reservation, you cannot get a refund because the materials have been prepared in advance, please refer to the following chart for details.

- In the event of a change of route due to a natural disaster or a government announcement that classes will be closed on the day of the event, full refunds will be issued for cancellations.
